3. Interviewing - A talent tango

Interviewing is a two-way process. This philosophy drives our approach. We pride ourselves on delivering a candidate experience that is second to none. Finding and securing top talent is only part of the challenge, it’s the ability to retain them that is really key - we help set you up for success here.

We aim to remove the guess-work from hiring. Our approach provides a platform for the candidates to present their best selves. We’ve worked hard to create a safe, trust-based relationship, understanding their communication style and drivers, and leaning into these to ensure you get a true representation of the candidates fit.

We’re a partnership, not a transaction. Like any chef worth their salt, we don’t just ‘serve your meal’ and hope for the best; we check in intermittently and ensure everything is ‘to taste’.

Around 1/3 of employees decide within the first three months whether or not they’ve made the right choice. This is almost entirely controllable - rather than leave it to chance, we take back control and ensure transparency and growth throughout the first 12 months.
